Describe yourself and your project. How did you get the idea?

My friend Erik got the idea when his dad asked him to get rid of the family's recycling materials at the closest recycling station. He called me, because we have done projects together earlier and there we begun. I am responsible for the financial part and Erik for the Operative part.

Who are you? Previous education/jobs/ experiences etc.

I have several years within sales and a bachelor in business management from Lund University.

What will you do during these three months? How will you spend the time?

Raising capital and making the organization ready for aggressive growth.

What do you expect to achieve during Leapfrogs?

Raising capital!

Tell us what you have done on your project so far during the Leapfrogs time.

We have gotten commitments from investors and initiated a potential partnership for future IT-services. We have started a sales organization with several salesmen making cold calls in new areas where we have launched our service. We have initiated a pilot for office-customers.

Has everything gone according to the plan? Has anything unexpected occurred? Has something been easier/harder than expected?

More or less according to the plan regarding investors knowing that the capital markets in Sweden cool down during summers. We have had to postpone the start of our sales organization due to unknown requirement of fiber-access at our office. The problem was solves by finding a temporary office during the summer.

What will you focus on during the remaining time? Will you follow your original plan or has anything changed along the way?

Create a well performing and stable sales organization and prepare for the continued financing after the summer, all according to plan.

How did you experience the three months?

It was nice to be able to work with my project 100% without any other disturbances.

What has been hardest/most enjoyable?

The hardest part was working during summer when all else are on vacation and it is a lot harder getting things done. Most enjoyable was the fact that i had total autonomy in structuring my work.

Did it go as expected? Will you continue working on your project in the future?

Yes it did, i will continue my project as my main occupation here after.

What would you say is the most important lesson learnt while working on your project?

Things take time so take your time and realize when you can and when you can't do something to progress your project.

Do you have any tips to other ”new” entrepreneurs?
