Mentorship program

The Leapfrogs Mentorship Program has been created as an extension of our established coaching support to provide student entrepreneurs with tailored, one-on-one guidance from experienced professionals. This initiative is designed to complement existing financial support, coaching, and training - offering personalized mentorship of experienced entrepreneurs.

For student entrepreneurs 

What you can expect: 
● Personalized guidance: Beyond structured coaching sessions, a dedicated mentor will work closely with you to help clarify your vision, validate your ideas, and navigate the challenges of startup development.

● Continuous engagement: With bi-weekly meetings - and on-demand support when needed - you will have a consistent resource to tackle immediate challenges while planning for long-term success.

This mentorship is an invaluable addition to the Leapfrogs experience, ensuring that you receive comprehensive support throughout the whole summer even if coaches may be momentarily unavailable.

Who we’re looking for:

We invite experienced professionals who are passionate about fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. 
Ideal mentors are: 

• Seasoned entrepreneurs or business leaders: Individuals with first-hand experience in founding or scaling startups, or who have held leadership roles in dynamic organizations. 
  Industry specialists: Experts with deep insights into specific sectors who can offer targeted guidance and practical advice.
• Professionals who appreciate the challenges of the startup world and are committed to sharing their knowledge, networks, and experiences.

● A commitment to regular interaction, on site or digital. (minimum bi-weekly meetings with assigned mentees).
