Describe yourself and your project. How did you get the idea?
I am someone who wants to create value. I find opportunities where other people see none and aim to turn ideas into projects, and projects into serial success. I’m involved in project called BRANTU that acts as a e-commerce venture builder for developing markets. The aim is to create services and marketplaces that complement each other. Giving the ecommerce businesses the tools to sell better, easier and smoother. And our first venture creation which you will be following is called Elprices.com
Who are you? Previous education/jobs/ experiences etc.
I’m passionate about innovation and graphical design. I’ve been working with data management and affiliation marketing in the past year. My knowledge of the price comparison business will help to provide the leadership need for data managing but also for the store acquisition. With my attention to detail my strengths will allow elprices data-managing team to maximize efficiency and strategic planning.
What will you do during these three months? How will you spend the time?
During this period I will work full time with Elprices.com. For the first time, shoppers will be able to compare each retailer's price, shipping options, and service on a single page and choose the merchant that offers the best overall value. Also for newly starting ecommerce merchants, elprices.com will be an opportunity to put their products in front of very interested buyers.
What do you expect to achieve during Leapfrogs?
My two main objectives is to have 200 stores sourced (products integrated and categorized from 150 online shops & 50 offline shops). The other objective is to be able to have our Business launch in UAE, KSA & Egypt.

Tell us what you have done on your project so far during the Leapfrogs time.
The last month has been an exciting one. Elprices is really in the finishing stage and this is what we’ve accomplished:
1. We have reached over 30 physical stores and have over 170 online stores.
2. The website is ready for testing and is therefore almost completed for launch in the end of august.
3. The chrome extension for elprices is also ready for launch
Has everything gone according to the plan? Has anything unexpected occurred? Has something been easier/harder than expected?
Honestly everything has gone surprisingly smooth. The main problem has been that we haven’t been physically present in Cairo during the last month. Despite of the physical presence we’ve managed to stay persistent on a daily basis, achieving our target goals.
What will you focus on during the remaining time? Will you follow your original plan or has anything changed along the way?
Brantus projects are being launched in august as planned.
Elprices.com is almost ready for launch, and I couldn’t be more excited for the next month. We are also very close of launching their online printing platform PrintaPro in the middle of august which will be exciting to follow.
